Avanti Fellows

A programme that helps disadvantaged high school students pass college entrance exams through mentoring as well as affordable, high quality after-school programmes focussing on science, technology, engineering and maths.

Impact indicators


  • Avanti Fellows has worked with 5,000 students in 100 learning centres and 40 cities, and has developed partnerships with six major state governments. 



  • Over 102 students have progressed to some of the top 100 engineering colleges in India. Avanti Fellows students have also been accepted into major US universities such as MIT, Yale, Stanford, and Columbia. 
  • The students who graduate from Avanti Fellows have a 25% higher possibility of passing college entrance examinations than the average student.
