A programme that supports disadvantaged young people, currently in receipt of benefits, to successfully make the transition into education, employment or owning a company, thereby saving money for the municipality and making returns for investors.

Impact indicators


  • More than 1,000 members have successfully completed the programme since 2009. 
  • More than 200 volunteer coaches accompany members of the Buzinezzclub. 



  • Around 60% of youths participants leave the welfare benefits programme. 
  • Of the participants who leave, approximately 30% have found employment, 70% have pursued further training and 10% have started their own business.
