A programme that addresses the difficulties faced by vulnerable young people in accessing a quality first job through a combination of training, mentoring and learning in the workplace. The intervention accompanies students throughout the last year of high school and the first year of work experience in quality jobs.
- In 2017, the organisation had worked with 8,500 students in Latin America.
- 80% of those who complete the programme are able to secure a quality job.
- 90% of the youth who gain employment after the programme expressed a high satisfaction with their jobs and employer.
The initiative was presented in Athens (2017) and Stockholm (2018) within the framework of the Accelerating Change for Social Inclusion (ACSI) project to explore its local implementation.
