Peer mentoring system with an adult who helps young people to get or keep a job, as well as provide them with information, advice and guidance. It works both offline and online, so it is instantly accessible. It uses uses chats and private messaging via a web platform to provide immediate and continuous support to young people when they need it, where they need it.
- 20% of users between 14 and 25 years old have found a job or have enrolled on a vocational course.
- 32% of mentors have also found work after participating in the project and 22% of them continue with their training.
- 565 young people have participated in the first year, of which 461 have graduated to become mentors. 106 adults have become Life Mentors.
