Academic and financial support for adolescents between 12 and 18 years of age who are in vulnerable situations that jeopardise their schooling. Also arranges spaces for the stakeholders involved to meet and share experiences.
- In 2012, 10,500 adolescents and 35,000 families benefited from the programme.
- 57% of students participating in Futuros Egresados get their qualifications at the end of secondary school, compared with 37% of non-participating students.
- Programme participants achieve stability and continuity at school, in addition to good academic performance and commitment to their studies. At home, they are the first generation of secondary school graduates.
- They also continue to higher education to a greater extent than their peers and get more jobs.
