Prodes (Promotion et Développement Social) is an entrepreneurship programme targeting primarily women and youth. Activities include a tailored training in professional and personal skills to foster job market insertion in the tourism and hospitality sector as well as promote rural development.
More than 12,000 young and adult women in the rural areas of Lebanon over the past 15 years have been supported by the programmes.
The awareness campaigns and training programmes have benefited more than 98,000 people indirectly.
The various programmes benefit around 500 women directly on a yearly basis.
90% of the graduates from their Institute of Management and Services go on to full-time employment.
