A programme which empowers youth at risk by facilitating their entry into the labour market or return to the educational system, with preliminary professional and personal training. Integral intervention turns businesses into active agents and maintains educational assistance, allowing youth to define their work and life objectives and acquire professional skills.
- 270 youth have been given guidance and have undergone a training process.
- 45% achieve integration into the labour market, 35% return to education systems and 40% get involved in community participation and/or mentoring.
- 80% of the young people who undergo technical training acquire the corresponding qualification.
