A social enterprise that retrieves recyclable components of mattresses for their reuse, while providing employment to people with difficulties to enter the conventional job market. The materials from the recycled or reused mattresses are for sale or donation.
In 2012, the enterprise had 65 employees and had recovered:
- 141 tonnes of steel.
- 39 tonnes of wood.
- 21 tonnes of foam.
- 36 tonnes of fabric.
The growth of the business has led to the opening of a second office.
