Provides secondary school students at risk of dropping out with a fun and different personalised learning experience, in a work environment that allows them to develop skills and appreciate the importance of education.

Impact indicators
  • 100% of participating students claim to have enjoyed the experience and have achieved growth in areas such as confidence, public speaking, teamwork, communication and contact with new people.
  • A longitudinal study from 2012 found that 92% of alumni surveyed had graduated from secondary school or would do so at the established time.
  • Academic performance improves in 81% of cases and failure rates and absenteeism are lower than those of non-participating students.
