Innovations with proven social impact accelerate the process of change: adapting successful innovations to new contexts can be quicker and more efficient than experimenting through trial-error processes.

It optimizes existing resources: we search for innovations that have a consolidated income model to facilitate its sustainability, and that use solid impact indicators.

It increases the chances of success: proven innovations make good use of the knowledge and experience of innovators, reducing the research and development effort.

Black Male Educators for Social Justice is project to advance the recruitment, development and retention of black male educators in schools. Promoted by a professional membership and activist organization which goal is to get 1000 black male educators in the Philadelphia metropolitan area by the year 2025.

The programme pairs skilled immigrants with mentors who are professionals in their field. Mentors gain greater cultural awareness and leadership skills while supporting skilled immigrants in their job search, which is delivered through a four-month partnership.
