This programme facilitates a peer-to-peer support system of heterogeneous teams of unemployed people who, working through commitment and solidarity, reinforce their skills, generate collective knowledge, become visible and collaborate in the pursuit of a common goal: to obtain employment or self-employment.

Since the programme was launched in 2013 until May 2017, 362 Employment Shuttles were set up throughout Spain, reaching more than 7,000 unemployed people.
Impacts:

More than 50% of participants found employment, launched an entrepreneurial initiative or entered the educational /training system after the programme.

According to a study by Fundación Telefónica, participants in the Employment Shuttles obtain better, longer and more satisfactory job contracts than other unemployed people in Spain.
