This publication proposes a path of understanding and guidance so that any social entity, of any size or organizational model, can identify what it needs strategically and how it can best undertake a process of digital transformation, stemming from its own identity and organizational reality, as well as from the social context in which it operates.
UpSocial participates in the project by coordinating the workshop for experts, as well as collaborating in the research process and in the writing of the publication for Spain and Latin America.
