Quickly built, sustainable and quality flats which provide temporary housing for people whose assigned public housing is under construction. These flats are also meant to recover space for citizens and diminish pollution.
- The city council foresees the building of 92 accommodations for 250 people (21 of which will be single and 71 double) and aims for 10 districts in 2020.
- A scaling format that already proves to be successful in some European cities such as Copenhagen, Sion (Switzerland), Brighton, London, Ladywell and Amsterdam.
