How to increase relevant educational opportunities for girls?

The social issue of girls’ access to relevant secondary education is multidimensional, including many cultural, social and economic barriers, most of them structural.

This challenge focuses on finding innovative training and education models to empower girls and allow them to generate better economic opportunities in rural areas of Senegal.

Special attention will be paid to low-cost initiatives to guarantee access and sustainability of education and training processes, as well as initiatives have successfully managed to overcome the following barriers: lack of perspectives for professional development and lack of female role models.
